Part I:
C#m B6 F#m / C# F#m
Led through the mist, by the milk-light of moon
C#m / G# Cdim / D# C#m G#7
All that was lost is revealed
C#m B6 F#m / A G#
Our long bygone burdens, mere echoes of the spring,
A C#m / G# F#m G#
But where have we come, and where shall we end?
F#m / A C#m / G# F#m G#
If dreams can't come true, then why not pretend?
Part II:
C# Ddim
Oh how the gentle wind
D#m G#6
Beckons through the leaves,
C# F7 F# Bb7
As autumn colors fall
D#m G#7
Dancing in a swirl,
C# Bb7
Of golden memories,
D#7 G#7 C#
The loveliest lies of all.

This is fantastic and I'm so happy to find it here. There are a few changes that work slightly better for me when I'm playing it; I can't really say if they're more "accurate" but they might give others some options at least.
First, I find it way easier to play transposed down one half step with a capo on, so keep that in mind here, but these are the only spots I change when playing it:
Cm C#dim G7 Cm G7
All that was lost is revealed
G# Cm C#dim G
But where have we come and where shall we end
I also like to throw a G7 after the last C and then replay through the whole chorus part again! Again, just small changes, but they seem to work a little better for me when I play it. Thanks again for a great tab!
