Some lyrics are wrong, but not really a problem if you know them.
Its also in a higher key, but its really nice for a soprano.

I would do the strumming like this: d-d-d-D-d-d-D-d, with the inside of your thumb only to keep a gentle brush (very light on the lowercase d and harder on the uppercase D)
