This is in fact the original key. Her ukulele is tuned down a half step from standard tuning and the capo on the first fret brings it back up to standard tuning. You can prove this to yourself by playing along without a capo even though she uses one. The down tuning and the capo cancel each other out. She is a clever girl. She doesn't play by the rules of the game. Happy strumming.
