yall I just use DDU UDU. it's like the simplest thing to do and it works. on the pre chorus, I do DDU UDU like twice for the Em and then downstrums 4 times and then start the chorus

im pretty sure the strumming in the song in DDD-udud or DDD-ududu the DDD being slower than the udud

I just did DD and then put my hand on the strings for a clean stop for the chorus, the rest was just a single d for every chord and then Em I think I did d d to keep beat and keep the sound moving

i thing the best strumming pattern is D UUD UUD DDU this is the BEST STRUMMING PATTERN

I personally use ddud-dudd and doubling the use of Em. Although if anyone here is looking for help on how to strum, listen to how the beat goes and try to replicate it, it'll make your strumming different from the rest.

i personally like D DU DDDU D DU DDDU for each chord, and for the bridge and prechorus I just do a single down stroke per chord

Strumming pattern:
dd(sharp mute smack thing(dont know terms lol))dududududu
For baritone players i recommend holding the forth fret third string to get the higher pitch bit at the end of every chord
(as in.. dd dududu(add c here)dudu)
poor explanation lol
