Yes! This is an excellent interpretation. Very similar to Cynthia Lin's. I use this as a starting framework to add my own elements, and it's a very good foundation for experimentation.

the Gm7 chord seems a little off, like it should be a different chord, but other than that it's one of the better moon river chord charts I've seen (a lot of people just butcher the chords completely).
