Puttin On The Ritz Tab par Taco

This riff also sorta fits into Puttin on the Ritz by Taco - but

Repeat over and over. It gives you that bass part to Chumbawamba. 
It has a "Rock" sort of feel. Like, pretend they are in couplets.
and you have to play the second note as fast as you can... sorta...
