# I liked the punch brothers version of this song and kinda figured out my own its pretty simple but incorporates the melody and chords in one which are played on two guitars in the original
I stole someone elses chords for the beginning but it gives you the idea.
Bm E E7
He seemed impressed by the way you came in.
Bm
"Tell us a story
E E7
I know you're not boring"
etc etc...... The chords for these two sections just repeat.
DF#m
Yeah, the night's not over
G A D
You're not trying hard enough,
F#mG
Our lives are changing lanes
A D
You ran me off the road,
Now the interesting bit, play -555-2-----555-2-------------- whilst playing Bm
------5---------5-------------
-----------------------------
And: -----25------25------- with E
-444-----444-----------
----------------------
So it comes out like this:
-55-52-2--22-2-25-------------
-22-22-5--44-4-44------------
-22-22-2--44-4-44-------------
-44-44-4--11-1-11--------------
Experiment, it sounds good.
Happy ukulele playing.

About this song: Reptilia
"Reptilia" is the second single lifted from Room on Fire, the second album of acclaimed American garage rock/post-punk band The Strokes. The single's B-side contains "Modern Girls & Old Fashion Men", where lead singer Julian Casablancas duets with Regina Spektor. The official release date was delayed slightly after Casablancas objected to the song being credited as "The Strokes and Regina Spektor", claiming that it should read "by Regina Spektor & The Strokes".
