3 Chords used in the song: C, Em, Am
←
Transpose chords:
I got these chords off of Ultimate-Guitar.com, so all the credit goes to their original author on the Ultimate-Guitar Archive, I just posted them here because it's a good song and people were requesting it.
It's the same three chords repeated throughout the song, so once you figure out the strum pattern it's pretty easy.
C Em Am
I backed my car into a cop car the other day
Em
Well he just drove off sometimes life's ok
C Em Am
I ran my mouth off a bit too much oh what can i say
Em
Well you just laughed it off it was all ok
C Em Am
And we'll all float on ok
Em
And we'll all float on ok
C Em Am
And we'll all float on ok
Em
And we'll all float on any way well
Lyrics:
Well, a fake Jamaican took every last dime with a scam
It was worth it just to learn some sleight-of-hand
Bad news comes don't you worry even when it lands
Good news will work its way to all them plans
We both got fired on the exactly the same day
Well we'll float on good news is on the way
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on ok
And we'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Now don't worry we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Alright don't worry we'll all float on
And we'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Aliright don't worry even if things end up a bit to heavy
we'll all float on alright
Already we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Ok don't worry we'll all float on
Even if things get heavy we'll all float on
Alright already we'll all float on
Don't you worry we'll all float on
All float on
Thanks for reading, enjoy!

The tab from Ultimate-Guitar that you took this from say that a capo is needed on the 6th fret. So to play the same chords on uke, no capo... sounds way off. I'll post a better version.
