I transposed this from a guitar tab and it sounds great on uke! There are a lot of variations on the chords but I grabbed the ones that I thought were easiest to play on the uke.

So here's the tab.

Intro:

A|-5-5-3-3-2-2-1-1-|-0-0-------------|
E|-----------------|-----3-3-1-1-0-0-|
C|-----------------|-----------------|
G|-----------------|-----------------|

Here are the chords (I found these on Ultimate-Guitar.com, so all credit goes to the original author, original post at: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/k/kinks/sunny_afternoon_ver2_crd.htm)

Intro Am Am Am Am E7 E7 E7 E7 Am Am Am Am E7 E7 E7 E7
