I'm having good success with DUD. A couple of the C's need the pattern twice, and there's a couple of quick F to G transitions that happen mid pattern, but it works for the rest

Love this song! Yeah, single down strums sound really good when singing along, and for the first part I usually just strum on mute where it feels right :) Hope this helps someone!! ||-//
