I got a soprano. It is diffrent than a guitar but not enough to make it difficult.. after playing guitar for a while you just get used to adapting to new chord shapes.. im sure its the same on a uke.

What type of uke did you get? Because chords are just a tad different if you have a soprano, concert, and tenor but baritone has the same last four strings as on a guitar, i believe. But, little bit different or not, so much easier right?!

Those are the same chords i useon the guitar! I just got a ukulele about a week ago after playing guitar for 8 years. its crazy how similare they are haha
