It might depend on which formation for the E you choose to use in the verses, but I found an Em sounded much better for me.
Everything else matched quite nicely (I played along with Billy Joel's original recording for comparison) except the last line seems to be missing an Am at the beginning (between Bb and G) and the end note sounds like a plain C...
But these are small differences and the overall song is well done! Thank you - love Billy Joel (and his quick and varied chord changes!). :)
