Also the original guitar strumming is D-D-UDU-U-DU but if that's too difficult just D-D-U-U-D works.

At this part, "And if I know you at all," if you play E7 after C, it sounds pretty. Haven't heard the original in a while though so I'm not sure of the accuracy. Maybe make this change once in the last chorus?
