There are several different ways to play this song, but I think this is definitely the easiest.( - means slap the strings and / means slide)
For the verses' chords its DD-UD for chords G, Bm, and Em in the first part.  Then its DD for Dm, G7, and C in the middle.  Next you go back to DD-UD for Bm, A, D7.
For the chorus its D-D-D-D- on chords G, D, and Em. When you do Cm, you let the note ring and then go DDDD.
I'll put the tabbing in there for the uke solo its actually really easy.
