Suggestions for chord improvements...Replace "C" in the verse with "C6", which is just all 4 strings open. Also can play "Cmaj7" instead of "C/E" in the chorus, it's a nice dissonance to add there (what I do is play the first C/E in each chorus as Cmaj7 and then play the 2nd one C/E as its marked).
